Buyer Terms:

While we strive for accuracy, sometimes mistakes are unavoidable.

1. Translations: Translations are tough.  Especially in foreign languages.  While we have done our best to give the most accurate definition of the term, this may not always be the most applicable.  We ask the buyer to do due diligence and research the term and the definition provided.  We can not be held liable for misquotes.   What we can guarantee are the current traffic stats and current figures provided we distribute them to you.

2.  We can currently only accept deals in United States Currency.  Sorry for the inconvenience this may cause.  If there is a figure posted it will always be in ($) United States dollars.  This also includes the figures we give you privately, never will they be considered in another currency.

3.  While we strive to keep our site current.  The site may reflect domains that we no longer currently own.  Either through, trades, sales, drops, or misprints.  We will not be held liable for such discrepancies.  Again, buyer to do due diligence on the domain in question before submitting an offer.

4.  We are only able to currently accept offers in English.

5.  This is just a rough guide to our terms that is always evolving.  If for some reason you can't accept these terms please email us in the questions link provided on the homepage.
